Mecolam X-Ray Compact panels contain a red strip, placed between two protective aluminum sheets. This is very dense strip, formed as a result of impregnation with special resins. Mecolam X-Ray Compact provides perfect absorption of electromagnetic waves from 150MHz to 10GHz as massive aluminum sheet of 2mm thick.
Mecolam X-Ray Compact panels, produced of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 13mm thick, provide the following absorption rates: over 36db (99.98%) absorption for UHF >150MHz, >40db (99.99%) for UHR up to 10GHz, 55db (99.9997%) absorption.
Mecolam X-Ray Compact provides absorption for MHz and GHz frequencies (this covers C-, D- and E network mobile communication frequencies), Blue Tooth, UMTS and PCN services (personal communication network) and all radar frequencies (L-, S- and X- bands).
Mecolam X-Ray Compact is the most suitable for application in hospitals, it can be used in technical rooms with high sensitive equipment for prevention of interference and disturbance of massive electromagnetic waves on electronic equipment.
